Accessibility
The pages on this site are designed to download as quickly as possible by users on modem connections;
by using accurate "HEIGHT" and "WIDTH" for all images, optimising all graphics,
and keeping text to that which is pertinent. The site is optimised for quick delivery
without compromising visual quality and/or the message. Pages are
designed to be as close to a maximum 480 pixels width as possible. This extends access to even those
systems that are limited to 480x640 VGA screens, as well as those using 16/256 colour screens.
As a further aid to accessibility and readability, all pages are presented in a simple sans serif,
Arial font, and at a size that is easy for most to read. This is set against a cool blue
background that should counteract the glare of the screen, and make the site more pleasant and
